Winter Eye Health

As winter approaches and the evenings draw in, with less natural light available you may find you need to wear your glasses more. Many people are working from home, and lighting is essential for vision. Find a good spot near a window, if possible, to help. Take regular breaks from the screen and blink regularly to avoid your eyes becoming dry.
