We are pleased to let you know that we are open to provide a full range of services to our NHS and Private patients.

 

Please contact us if you feel your vision has changed or if you require any other eyecare needs and we can arrange a suitable appointment. This can include for broken glasses or contact lens orders, which can be posted out to you if you prefer.

Please do not book an appointment if you are unwell with symptoms of COVID-19 or in isolation. We will be happy to book an appointment for you at a later date when you are feeling better.

What we are doing to keep you safe

  • Hand Sanitiser available - hand sanitiser with appropriate alcohol content is provided for all patients to use on arrival and during their visit to the practice

  • Frames disinfected - all frames are disinfected after being handled or tried on

  • Disinfecting of practice - regular in-practice cleaning and disinfecting of high touch areas, including desk surfaces and waiting chairs

  • Regular hand washing breaks for staff - regular hand washing breaks for staff members to sanitise hands in between patients

  • PPE - protective gloves, masks, aprons and /or face shields worn by clinicians and staff members when necessary

  • Safe social distancing - safe distancing measure with a maximum of two patients in the practice at one time

  • Patients pre-screened - we will pre-screen all patients for COVID symptoms by telephone before their appointment

  • Reschedule - patients will be rescheduled for a later date if symptomatic

 We politely request that our patients book an appointment prior to attending the practice and wear a mask at their visit.
